We are an independent sample processing lab (SPL)  located in the major metropolitan area of South Florida, in close proximity to major research sites. Medcell's specialty lies in the isolation and cryopreservation of PBMCs from whole blood and BMMCs from bone marrow samples.  We process from a variety of tube types such as CPT, NaHep, LiHep, EDTA, ACD, and Leukopaks. Additionally, our lab has extensive experience with different separation techniques such as density filtration and manual overlay.

Our team is highly trained and has years of experience isolating PBMCs and BMMCs. Medcell's analysts have collaborated with national and international companies in various study protocols and have been qualified by several major biopharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.   As part of our services we extend we offer on-site or remote training for PBMC analysts and  PBMC  protocol review anywhere in the United States from one of our experienced techs.

We understand the importance of the stringent time requirement between the time of blood collection and the time samples are received in the laboratory for processing. Therefore, to ensure that your samples arrive safely and in a timely manner, we provide concierge courier service with drivers ready to pick up samples from research sites within moments of collection. We guarantee delivery to our lab within two hours or less of collection for local sites and within four hours from more distant sites.
